This role plays a critical part in enabling safe, compliant, and timely hiring decisions across geographies.What You'll Do
- Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely execution across HR systems.
- Oversee HRIS data governance, reporting, and audits to maintain high data integrity standards.
- Lead payroll input validation and coordinate with finance and vendors to ensure seamless salary processing.
- Drive policy implementation and statutory compliance, supporting internal and external audit requirements.
- Identify and implement process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance HR operational efficiency.
- Manage end-to-end BGV lifecycle for new hires and internal movements
- Coordinate with external BGV vendors and ensure SLA adherence
- Review BGV reports, identify discrepancies, and support risk assessment
- Partner with Recruitment and HR teams on hiring readiness
- Maintain audit-ready documentation and trackersWhat We're Looking For
