We are looking for a proactive
People Operations & Talent Lead to own and scale our people function across hiring, employee experience, performance, compliance, and HR analytics. This role blends hands-on execution with strategic thinking and is ideal for an HR professional who enjoys building systems, working closely with business leaders, and using data to improve workforce outcomes.
You will act as a key partner to leadership while ensuring that people processes are efficient, compliant, and employee-centric.
What You'll Own
Talent Hiring & Workforce Planning
Drive full-cycle hiring across lateral, bulk, and replacement roles.
Partner with hiring managers to forecast manpower needs and close roles within defined timelines.
Build structured sourcing strategies using vendors, referrals, and direct channels.
Maintain hiring dashboards covering TAT, source efficiency, and funnel conversion.
Strengthen employer branding through candidate experience and hiring best practices.
Employee Experience & Culture
Design and execute employee engagement programs, feedback forums, and branch-level initiatives.
Conduct pulse surveys, skip-level interactions, and grievance resolution processes.
Improve onboarding and exit journeys to enhance employee experience and reduce early attrition.
Analyze attrition data and recommend actionable retention initiatives.
Performance & Capability Development
Build and operationalize performance frameworks including KRAs, KPIs, and appraisal cycles.
Enable continuous feedback, PIPs, and performance reviews aligned with business goals.
Identify skill gaps and support learning interventions and succession planning.
Maintain performance data and generate insights for leadership reviews.
Learning, Compliance & POSH
Drive role-based training programs, leadership workshops, and functional upskilling initiatives.
Manage mandatory programs including POSH and compliance-related trainings.
Track training participation, effectiveness, and ROI using LMS and reporting tools.
HR Operations & Statutory Governance
Own the complete employee lifecycle: onboarding, documentation, payroll inputs, exits, and F&F.
Ensure accurate HR records and digitized documentation across systems.
Manage statutory compliance including PF, ESIC, PT, Gratuity, and Bonus Act.
Oversee attendance and leave systems, ensuring data accuracy and resolution of discrepancies.
Maintain audit-ready HR documentation and reports.
People Analytics & Reporting
Maintain and analyze HR data across recruitment, performance, attendance, and attrition.
Build dashboards and MIS reports for leadership decision-making.
Use insights to improve workforce planning, policy design, and people programs.
Process Excellence & Team Enablement
Review and upgrade HR policies, SOPs, and workflows.
Identify automation and process improvement opportunities using HRMS tools.
Guide and mentor junior HR team members and interns.
Participate in internal audits and continuous improvement initiatives.
What Makes You a Great Fit
36 years of experience across recruitment, HR operations, and people management.
Strong working knowledge of
Indian labor laws and statutory compliance.
Experience working with
HRMS, MIS reporting, and HR analytics.
Ability to balance people-first thinking with process discipline and data insights.
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred:
MBA in HR or equivalent qualification
POSH, HR Analytics, Talent Acquisition, or L&D certifications
