People Manager / Lead AI Development

We are looking for an experienced People Manager / Lead AI Development. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in AI architecture, cloud-native technologies, software engineering, and modern delivery practices.

Job Description

• Enhancing user experience by improving usability, accessibility and desirability of a design solution.
• Defines the testing approach, maintains testing environments, and leverages test automation and continuous testing approaches to continually enhance the quality of software.
• Monitors and optimises the performance of software across the lifecycle, including the potential retirement/decommissioning of software.
• Uses relevant programming paradigms to write and refactor quality code for software, in a way that can be continuously tested and integrated.
• Designs high-performing and user-centric software that meets business, functional and non-functional requirements.
• Engages the capabilities of the entire organisation.
• Strives to achieve 100% safety, 100% customer value and 0% waste.
• Knows our customer and is obsessed with meeting their needs.
• Define end-to-end AI solution architectures (application, integration, data and platform) that meet functional and non-functional requirements.
• Translate product needs into architecture options and trade-offs, including cost, risk, performance, reliability and time-to-deliver.
• Design integration patterns and interfaces (for example APIs, events and data contracts) that enable secure and reliable interoperability across systems.
• Embed responsible AI, privacy and security requirements into solution designs aligned to enterprise standards.
• Ensure operational readiness in designs.
• Document and communicate architecture decisions.
• Provide hands-on architecture guidance to squads.
