People Initiative & Analytics Lead

Looking for a sharp & passionate IT-industry professional with 10-15 years of hands on experience in workforce management (resource management), particularly in:

1. People analytics/MIS reporting,

2. Driving org-level HR/WFM initiatives (for process/system enhancements) &

3. Measuring/tracking WFM/HR functional metrics.

Qualifications: An Engg grad/MCA/MSc (essential) with MBA in HR/Operations/Systems (desirable), having worked in Tier-1/2 IT companies will be ideal.

Key skills:

1. Excellent functional knowledge of HR, WFM/Resource Management & related org processes/systems (Requirements Analysis & Process/System Documentation)

2. Strong HR Analytics/MIS Reporting using PowerBI, Excel, PowerPoint and AI Tools like Microsoft Copilot/Claude (Excel skills need to be very high)

3. Good Project/Program Management and Stakeholder Management skills for cross functional org initiatives.

This role will be based in Bangalore and reporting to Global Head of People Management.
