Job Description
The People Data Analytics and Reporting specialist will play a crucial role in transforming HR data into actionable insights - mainly in Power BI - that support strategic decision-making across the organization.
This position involves developing robust analytical solutions, automating HR processes, and providing data-driven recommendations to various stakeholder groups all across Nokia.
How You Will Contribute And What You Will Learn
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using HR and business data to visualize key metrics and trends.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of HR data (e.g., talent acquisition, retention, performance, diversity & inclusion) to identify root causes and uncover actionable insights.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their analytical needs and translate them into technical requirements and data solutions.
- Develop and optimize data models within Power BI to support complex analytical requirements and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Automate routine HR processes and data workflows using Power Automate to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
- Collaborate with team members as part of the regular monthly activities or on project level
Key Skills And Experience
- Experience (3+ years) in a data analysis, business intelligence, or people analytics role.
- Strong proficiency in Power BI, including advanced capabilities with DAX for complex calculations, data modeling, and performance optimization.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into understandable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with Power Automate for designing and implementing automated workflows and integrations.
- Expertise in SQL (for data extraction, manipulation, and querying large datasets from various sources) and or in Power Apps is a plus but not a must!
