Reports to: Lead – People & Culture

Shiv Nadar School, Noida seeks a People & Culture Partner responsible for driving HR Operations, Talent Acquisition, Payroll Support, Employee Engagement, Performance Management, and Compliance at the campus level. The role is responsible for ensuring operational excellence across the employee lifecycle from attracting and onboarding talent to supporting employee development, engagement, and separation.

The incumbent will drive end-to-end recruitment, manage core HR operational processes including attendance, leave, payroll inputs, HR systems, and employee benefits, while ensuring compliance with organizational policies and statutory requirements. Additionally, this position acts as a key People & Culture partner for the campus by managing internal communications, supporting employee engagement initiatives, addressing day-to-day employee concerns, and facilitating the performance management process.

The ideal candidate combines strong stakeholder management, operational excellence, analytical capability, and a people-first approach to create a seamless employee experience while supporting the wider People & Culture function.

1. Operational Efficiency & Payroll Support

• Manage monthly payroll inputs.
• Oversee attendance and leave management.
• Facilitate exit management.
• Process reimbursements.
• Drive HR system automation.

2. Talent Acquisition & Recruitment

• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and manpower planning.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, and hiring closure.
• Build talent pipelines through referrals, job portals, and recruitment partners.
• Coordinate assessments, interviews, candidate communication, and onboarding readiness.
• Maintain recruitment MIS and ensure timely closure of positions.

3. Performance Management

• Support probation and annual review cycles.
• Coordinate goal setting and appraisal reviews.
• Validate appraisal data and letters.
• Track probation confirmations and increments.

4. Employee Engagement & Communication

• Manage campus communications.
• Drive engagement initiatives.
• Support R&R and P&C events.
• Handle routine employee grievances.

5. P&C Operational Excellence & Compliance

• Ensure policy and statutory compliance.
• Support audits and maintain personnel records.

6. Insurance & Benefits Administration

• Manage insurance and mediclaim processes.
• Coordinate wellness initiatives.
• Conduct ERP/payroll/benefit awareness sessions.

7. Data Management & MIS Reporting

• Maintain HR database.
• Generate HR MIS.
• Maintain personnel files.
• Provide HR analytics.

Experience and Competencies

• Postgraduate degree/MBA in HR or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, Payroll Support, Employee Engagement, and Compliance.
• Strong knowledge of labour laws, HRMS/ERP, stakeholder management, Excel, reporting, communication, and analytical skills.
