We are hiring an experienced People & Culture(P&C) Business Partner to lead and manage all people activities in India Robotics organisation. The P&C Business Partner will lead and execute the end-to-end People agenda for a technology-driven organization, ensuring strong alignment between business strategy, people capability, culture, and compliance. The role requires a hands-on People leader who can balance scaling talent, driving performance, and build a high-trust, high-accountability culture in a dynamic technology environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Change Management & Organization Development: Drive change management initiatives with clear communication and stakeholder alignment, support organizational changes such as scaling or new business structures, culture integration during growth, mergers and transformation initiatives.
Employee Relations, Culture & Engagement: Handle employee relations issues with empathy, fairness, and compliance. Coach managers on people management, conflict resolution, and feedback. Drive values-based behaviors and cultural initiatives ensuring psychological safety, trust, and inclusion across teams.In addition to it, support employee engagement programs, events, surveys, and recognition initiatives. Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Payroll, Compensation & Benefits: Validate payroll data, coordinate with providers, and address pay/benefit queries. Assist with annual compensation reviews and benefits administration.
People Operations & Compliance: Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation. Ensure compliance with labor laws, audits, and company policies. Maintain HRIS data and employee files with the highest level of quality and generate people data and reports.
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: Ensure and coordinate for the hiring procedures and associated documentation. Organize onboarding and ensure smooth integration for new recruits.
Learning, Development, Capability building & Succession planning: Schedule training sessions, maintain records, and assess effectiveness. Identify skill gaps and recommend development initiatives. Ensure key succession pipelines for the critical roles identified in the organization.
Performance Management & Rewards: Design and management performance management processes, administering performance review cycles, guide goal setting, and ensuring deadlines. Enable managers to have effective performance and development conversations. Support calibration, promotions, and career progression frameworks while ensuring fairness, transparency, and pay-for-performance practices.
Employee Exit management and offboarding: Design and manage structured exit and offboarding process. Ensure knowledge transfer and access closures. Ensure full & final settlements are accurate, timely and compliant with statutory requirements.
Requirements:
Bachelor's / master's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or any related field.
10+ years of experience managing HR functions with strong HR Generalist experience, preferably in an MNC environment.
Prior experience in a scaling or fast-growth environment preferred and experience working closely with business and technology leaders.
Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite. Prior experience in Workday is a plus.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
