Job Description: People Compliance Executive
Location: Bengaluru (On-site)
You will be taking care of ER practices, and be accountable for people compliance monitoring, ensuring contract staff administration, payroll, labor laws, and other people-related compliance adherence at corporate offices. You will identify and drive initiatives to ensure fair practices while managing disciplinary matters. In your role, you will drive the function's programs and enable the People Function team to achieve its objectives.
CALL OF DUTY
- ER Capability Building for People Function: Identify gaps and design programs to build the People team's ER capability at retail and regional offices.
- Labour Laws and Other Regulations: Drive and ensure compliance requirements of all applicable regulations for corporate offices.
- Functional Excellence and Networking: conduct audits for manpower operations and statutory audits for retail & offices.
- Contract Labour Management: Monitor CEMS and coordinate with vendor partners for effective implementation of all modules in corporate offices.
- Corporate Offices Compliance Monitoring: Monitor all HR compliance tasks mapped to corporate offices and ensure closure as per timelines.
- Disciplinary Matters: Advise the People Function on appropriate actions handling domestic inquiries.
Work Experience
- Postgraduate degree, preferably LLB/MBA/MSW
- Demonstrate 5–8 years in ER practices & compliance, preferably in manufacturing plants/retail
- A candidate should showcase Boldness, Agility and Technological proficiency
- Possess knowledge of labour laws, compliance, industry practices, time office administration, payroll process, labour market trends and grievance management
- Competence in managing disciplinary matters, liaising with government authorities, and handling labor matters before forums and labour courts.
