Role Overview:
As a People Business Partner at Ericsson, youll play a pivotal role in shaping our People Story and ensuring a positive employee experience aligned with our business objectives. Youll integrate our people philosophies, provide decision-making clarity, and foster a culture of empowerment.
Key Responsibilities:
People Strategy Implementation: Lead the implementation of the People Strategy, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Translate strategic needs into actionable plans and initiatives.
People Analytics: Utilize analytics to identify trends, measure HR program effectiveness, and provide insights for continuous improvement and informed decision-making.
HR Operations: Manage day-to-day HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, and data management.
Legal & Compliance (L&C): Collaborate with Legal & Compliance teams to ensure adherence to statutory compliances and legal frameworks. Provide guidance on compliance matters to mitigate risks.
Talent Acquisition: Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, develop recruitment strategies, and facilitate the hiring process to attract top talent.
Organizational Development: Lead initiatives to foster a positive work environment, promote employee engagement, and implement change management strategies. Collaborate with teams to co-create solutions and share best practices.
Talent & Reward: Develop a strong performance culture, influence diversity and inclusion programs, and manage pay and recognition matters, including compensation benchmarking.
Employee Relations: Serve as a trusted advisor on employee relations issues, conflict resolution, and performance improvement plans. Conduct investigations and recommend actions.
Governance on Critical People Metrics: Implement systems to monitor performance indicators effectively, enabling informed decision-making and continuous improvement.
Team Player: Collaborate and communicate effectively with diverse teams, fostering an inclusive work environment.
Requirements/Eligibility Criteria:
Education: Masters degree in Human Resources.
Experience: Minimum 5-8 years in HR/People Function, with comprehensive knowledge in Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Learning & Development, Total Rewards, and Workforce Planning & Analytics.
Skills: Excellent analytical and presentation skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and ability to handle large data sets and create PowerPoint presentations in a fast-paced environment.
Attributes: Excellent communication skills, ability to persuade and influence, proactive, results-oriented, and able to work under tight deadlines.
Approach: Positive mindset and excellent stakeholder and relationship management.
Industry Experience: Prior experience in Telecom or ICT, with experience managing a span of 750-1000 employees.
