We are looking for an organized, multi-tasking individual to handle HyreSnap's daily operations and recruitment. You will ensure smooth moving of our daily operations, and that our hiring pipeline moves fast.
Key Responsibilities
- Finance Ops: Manage invoicing, follow up on client payments, and handle vendor payouts.
- Recruitment: Post jobs, screen candidates on the phone, and schedule interviews.
- Compliance: Coordinate with our external CA for monthly payroll, GST, and TDS filings.
- Admin: Handle employee onboarding, documentation, and basic office administration.
- Support: Assist the founders with ad-hoc operational tasks and team engagement activities.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelors in relevant domain or MBA.
- Experience: 1+ years in a role handling both admin/ops and people/coordination.
Required Skills
- Skills: Strong Excel (Trackers/Pivot tables) and excellent spoken English.
- Mindset: Comfortable switching between quiet focus work (operations) and outreach work (recruitment).
