Cult is seeking a meticulous and proactive Strategic HR Analyst to join our dynamic Human Resources team. This pivotal role is perfect for someone with 4-5 years of experience who is ready to dive deep into HR data, streamline intricate processes, and provide critical insights that shape our employee experience and business success across various functions.

About the Role:

As a Strategic HR Analyst, you will be instrumental in ensuring the integrity of our HR information, developing advanced analytical dashboards, and efficiently managing a broad spectrum of HR processes from attrition and budgeting to performance and employee well-being. Your expertise in data analysis and process governance will directly support strategic decision-making and drive operational excellence across the organization, making a tangible impact on our business outcomes.

What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities):

  • Elevate HR Data Management: Take ownership of the accuracy, maintenance, and integrity of critical HR data across all systems, including detailed employee movements, dynamic organizational structures.
  • Design & Deliver Advanced Analytics: Develop, manage, and publish regular (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly) HR dashboards and comprehensive reports on key metrics such as attrition, Retention, eNPS deep dives, and granular Budget Utilization.
  • Govern & Optimize HR Processes: Assist in the management and governance of essential HR operational processes, including Annual Operating Plan (AOP)/Budget tracking, and meticulous leave administration. Identify areas for process improvement and efficiency.
  • Translate Data into Actionable Insights: Conduct in-depth, root-cause analysis on complex HR data to identify significant trends, anticipate challenges, and proactively provide clear, data-backed recommendations to HR Business Partners and senior leadership for informed strategic action planning.
  • Ensure Robust Compliance: Facilitate in the governance of employee onboarding to exit-related processes ensuring adherence to company policies and timelines.

What You'll Bring (Qualifications & Skills):

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related quantitative field.
  • 4-5 years of proven, hands-on experience in an HR data analysis, HR operations, or HR analytics role with a strong track record of delivering insights.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google Suite (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, HLOOKUPS, Power Query, advanced formulas, data modeling) is essential.
  • Demonstrable experience with HRMS and other HR-specific software.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and an unwavering commitment to data accuracy and integrity.
  • Superior analytical, critical thinking, and complex problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent time management, organizational skills, and the ability to effectively prioritize and manage a diverse workload in a demanding, fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) with the ability to articulate complex data narratives clearly and influence various stakeholders.

  • A solid, demonstrated understanding of HR metrics and their direct business impact on organizational performance.
  • Experience with advanced dashboarding and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
