A B O U T T H E R O L E

  • This is not a traditional HR role and it is not a traditional EA role. It sits at the intersection of both.
  • You will be the operational backbone of the company — keeping the founder unblocked, the team well-supported, and the hiring machine running. As the team grows, this role grows with it.
  • You will report directly to the CEO and work closely with him on both strategic and day-to-day operational tasks.

W H A T Y O U W I L L D O


Talent & Hiring

– Own end-to-end recruiting coordination: job postings, applicant tracking, scheduling interviews

– Draft and send offer letters, NDAs, and onboarding documents

– Manage onboarding for new hires — ensure Day 1 is smooth and well set up

– Build and maintain a candidate database and pipeline across all open roles

People Operations

– Track attendance, leaves, and HR documentation for the team

– Support the CEO in culture initiatives, team engagement, and offsites

– Handle exit formalities, documentation, and knowledge transfer coordination

– Be the go-to person for internal team queries — from payroll doubts to policy clarifications

General Operations

– Manage vendor relationships, office procurement, and general admin

– Handle travel logistics, accommodation, and reimbursements for the team

– Track action items and ensure cross-functional follow-throughs happen

– Provide occasional support to the CEO on scheduling, communications, and logistics as needed

W H A T W E A R E L O O K I N G FOR

– 1–3 years of experience in an EA, HR coordinator, operations, or startup generalist role

– Strong written and spoken English — you will represent Stratzi.ai in communications

– Extremely organized with high attention to detail — nothing should fall through the cracks

– Comfortable with ambiguity and able to context-switch between tasks without losing quality

– Proactive by default: you flag problems before they become fires

– Genuine curiosity about AI tools and willingness to integrate them into your daily workflow

– Discretion with confidential information — compensation, hiring decisions, business matters

A I F L U E N C Y — N O N - N E G O T I A B L E

At Stratzi, AI tool fluency is a core requirement, not a nice-to-have. You are expected to actively use tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Notion AI, or equivalent in your day-to-day work — to draft

communications, structure information, research candidates, and reduce repetitive effort. Comfort with AI is as important to us as any other skill on your resume.

G O O D T O H A V E

– Prior experience in a startup (Series A or earlier)

– Familiarity with tools like Notion, Slack, Google Workspace, or similar

– Exposure to basic HR compliance and labour law in India

– Experience supporting a founder or C-suite executive directly
