Key Responsibilities:

Be a Strategic People Partner

  • Work closely with leaders to connect business goals with people priorities.
  • Coach managers to unlock performance and create environments where teams do their best work.
  • Serve as a trusted partner who listens, challenges, and empowers.

Drive Performance & Growth

  • Lead our performance and goal-setting cycles, ensuring alignment, clarity, and fairness.
  • Implement simple, inspiring frameworks that encourage continuous feedback, learning, and career growth.
  • Champion a growth mindset across the company.

Create Meaningful Engagement & Learning

  • Design and deliver programs that keep people engaged, motivated, and connected to our mission.
  • Introduce impactful learning opportunities, from workshops to mentorship, that help our people become their best selves.
  • Keep the employee voice at the center through surveys, feedback loops, and open dialogue.

Shape Culture & Brand

  • Nurture the everyday culture that makes Facilio a great place to work collaborative, inclusive, and ambitious.
  • Lead employer branding initiatives that authentically showcase our values to the world.
  • Bring diversity, inclusion, and belonging principles into every policy and program.

Build Scalable People Practices

  • Frame and implement people policies and processes that balance agility with consistency.
  • Enhance tools and workflows to make life simpler for employees and leaders.
  • Approach every process with a people-first, future-ready lens.

Who You Are:

  • You bring 710 years of HR experience in startups/scale-ups, with strong exposure to HRBP, engagement, and culture-building.
  • You've driven performance management, goal alignment, and learning programs that made a proven difference.
  • You've shaped policies and processes that help companies scale without losing their culture.
  • You've worked on employer branding and know how to tell a company's story in a way that attracts and inspires talent.
  • You're empathetic, approachable, and influential, someone employees trust and leaders rely on.
  • You love building from scratch, thrive in unstructured environments, and see change as an opportunity to create impact.
