Our Consumer Goods Division is dedicated to helping brands, retailers and manufacturers worldwide deliver safe, quality and ethically made products to their consumers. Every day at work, our inspectors, auditors, and lab techs use their expertise to help safeguard the products you use every day in your home: from clothes and footwear to toys and baby products, to electronics, appliances, and furniture.

Our operations department's purpose is to deliver our industry-leading services to our clients while ensuring that all the work we do is performed to the QIMA standard of quality

As a PEO Inspector, you'll be reporting to an Operations Manager and working as part of our Operations team. At QIMA, our Operations team is responsible for delivering industry-leading inspection services while ensuring all activities are performed according to QIMA standards.

Work Location: Neemrana

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Check emails daily to receive inspection schedules, documents, and guidelines;
  • Attend inspections on time and communicate professionally with suppliers and factory representatives;
  • Verify finished goods quantity, packaging condition, carton integrity, assortment, labeling, and shipping marks according to client requirements and QIMA procedures;
  • Conduct final shipment verification to ensure products are packed and prepared for export as instructed;
  • Prepare and submit inspection reports accurately and within the required timelines.

Qualifications

  • Experience in packing inspection, shipment verification, or related manufacturing/warehouse operations ( with 6 months or some experience is prefered );
  • Familiarity with packaging requirements, shipping marks, carton labeling, and export shipment processes;
  • Basic knowledge of AQL standards and inspection procedures;
  • Good command of English (spoken and written);
  • Strong attention to detail, integrity, and professional ethics.
  • willing to travel factory

Additional information

  • Service contractor agreement
  • Gross Salary Range: USD 300 - USD 340
  • Performance Bonus in February: up to one month gross salary
  • Travel fees: subject to location
