PEO Operations Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead and grow a team of operations specialists for timely task delivery.
2. Design and revise documentation for team success.
3. Oversee operations including standups, KPI reporting, and tooling improvements.
4. Manage escalations and communicate with customers and internal teams.

Role Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with Product and Engineering for tool improvements and compliance.
2. Resolve complex issues and drive customer satisfaction.
3. Identify and implement process and automation fixes.
4. Work cross-functionally with legal, support, and other departments.
