Job Description:
We are seeking immediate joiners for the position of Pentaho Developer to join our team on a 1-year contract-to-hire basis, located in Hyderabad and Pune. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Pentaho Data Integration (PDI), SQL, and UNIX, with hands-on experience in developing and maintaining ETL processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- ETL Development:
- Design, develop, and maintain ETL processes using Pentaho Data Integration (PDI) to support data warehousing and business intelligence initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy across various data sources and platforms.
- SQL Development:
- Write and optimize complex SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
- Perform data validation and troubleshooting to ensure data quality and consistency.
- UNIX Scripting:
- Develop and maintain UNIX shell scripts to automate ETL processes and system tasks.
- Monitor and troubleshoot ETL workflows to ensure seamless data integration and reporting.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Technical Expertise:
- Proficiency in Pentaho Data Integration (PDI) for ETL development.
- Strong SQL skills for data manipulation and analysis.
