Pega Test Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Design develop and execute test plans test cases and test scripts for PEGA applications
• Perform functional regression integration system UAT and end to end testing
• Validate PEGA case management workflows business rules decision tables and process automations
• Test PEGA applications built on
• PEGA Customer Service
• PEGA Customer Decision Hub CDH
• PEGA Sales Automation
• PEGA Marketing
• PEGA BPM Solutions
• Validate integrations with external applications APIs databases and third party systems
• Perform API and web service testing for REST and SOAP integrations
• Execute data validation and migration testing activities
• Identify document track and verify defects throughout the testing lifecycle
• Collaborate with PEGA developers architects business analysts and stakeholders
• Support user acceptance testing and production release validation
• Participate in Agile Scrum ceremonies and quality assurance initiatives

Technical Requirements:

• Technology Package Testing PEGA Testing

Additional Responsibilities:

• Knowledge of PEGA application architecture and business process management concepts
• Experience validating assignments stages SLA rules routing logic and case processing
• Hands on experience in API testing using Postman or similar tools
• Strong understanding of STLC defect management and QA methodologies
• Experience with JIRA Azure DevOps or similar test management tools
• Knowledge of SQL and database validation techniques
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments
