Pega Senior System Architect (CSSA)

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients, engineers, and stakeholders to determine project requirements and goals
• Develop and present design concepts, plans, and models to clients for approval
• Conduct detailed analysis and surveys to determine optimal Pega solutions
• Prepare detailed technical specifications, diagrams, and documentation for Pega applications
• Ensure solutions comply with industry best practices, standards, and organizational guidelines
• Manage project-related activities including budgets, schedules, and resource allocation
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet client expectations
• Stay updated with emerging technologies, Pega platform updates, and industry trends
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members
