Job Description
Pega System Architect SA is responsible for developing business applications using Pega PRPC and
other Pega frameworks. Supports the team in implementing BPM/BRE solutions using Pega under the
guidance of senior architects.
Pega Certified System Architect (CSA)
1 - 3+ years of experience as a Certified System Architect developing core designs, reusable
functions, effective user interfaces, and standard reporting and integration solutions for Pega
applications
Strong Core Development Skills
Good knowledge of Pega application design concepts, case design principles, and development
best practices
Proven track record of successful contributions to Pega application implementations
Good Understanding of System Architecture and Application Deployment concepts
Strong development and implementation skills in an Agile development environment
Work as a collaborative team member in a multi-disciplinary and dynamic team
Functional service delivery roles include Application Developer, Module Builder, Domain/Module
Associate, and Business or Systems Analyst support
Supports the analysis, design, development, and implementation of systems and software, as
well as the completion of other project work streams and deliverables. May also own specific
tasks or work activities as appropriate and can implement solutions to defined business or
technical issues
Leverage solid understanding of Pega Platform including application debugging tools and
features
Experience in adhering to Pega Best Practices & guardrails across the development lifecycle
Experience in checking performance of the application using Alerts, logs, and standard Pega
tools
Experience in PRPC Integration services, implementing Rule utility Functions, and Reporting rule
types
Well-versed with implementation of Agents/Job Schedulers, SLAs, Flows, and portals
Have good knowledge of product creations, ruleset management, and deployments to higher
environments
Leverage knowledge of class structure design to develop reusable application functions and
features
Implement standard reporting and system integration requirements
Apply Pega application design concepts, case design principles, and best practices on projects
Analyze requirements, follow application designs, and construct the components of a Pega multi-
process applications
