We are seeking a skilled and motivated Pega Release Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Pega release management, deployment coordination, and production releases within enterprise environments. This role requires strong expertise in Pega Infinity, deployment tools, and release lifecycle management, along with excellent stakeholder communication skills.
Experience Required
- 4.5 to 5 years of relevant Pega experience
- Strong hands-on experience in release management and deployment activities
- Support-only profiles will not be considered
Mandatory Requirements
- CSSA (Certified Senior System Architect) Certification
- Hands-on experience with Pega Infinity
- Exposure to Constellation Architecture
- Experience working in enterprise-scale environments
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate end-to-end release activities across multiple environments
- Execute and support application deployments using Pega Deployment Manager
- Monitor application health and performance using Pega Diagnostic Center (PDC)
- Coordinate releases across Development, SIT, UAT, and Production environments
- Support production deployments and provide deployment status updates to stakeholders
- Participate in CAB meetings and release governance activities
- Perform release validation, environment promotion, and deployment verification
- Troubleshoot deployment-related issues and coordinate resolution efforts
- Maintain release documentation, audit records, and compliance requirements
- Collaborate with development, testing, infrastructure, and business teams to ensure successful releases
