Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Pega applications.
- Perform functional, regression, and performance testing to ensure application quality.
- Identify, document, and track defects using appropriate tools.
- Collaborate with developers and business analysts to understand requirements and provide feedback on testability.
- Participate in code reviews and provide input on best practices for testing.
- Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies.
- Provide status reports and updates to project stakeholders.
Mandatory Skills
- Strong knowledge and experience in Pega development and testing.
- Proficiency in creating and executing test cases for Pega applications.
- Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks.
- Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Agile methodologies.
- Familiarity with performance testing tools.
- Knowledge of SQL and database testing.
- Certifications in Pega or QA methodologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in software quality assurance, with a focus on Pega applications.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
