Job Description

  • Collaborate with client Product Owners and SMEs to gather functional requirements
  • Design functional solution approaches for user stories with Solution and Lead System Architects
  • Participate in workflow analysis and business process analysis
  • Identify current and future state processes and contribute to system redesign
  • Ensure value-driven delivery and support agile execution
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (scrum of scrums) to manage dependencies
  • Create and maintain implementation roadmaps
  • Participate in design sprints and solution validation activities
  • Prioritize product backlogs based on business needs
  • Ensure adherence to best design and implementation practices in Pega CDH projects
