Role Description

Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Presales Hyper automation Solution Architect with expertise in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) - Pega to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 5 to 8 years of experience in Hyper automation technologies and Presales activities, including creating proposals, estimations, costing, and pricing. This role demands a deep understanding of automation tools and the ability to design and present innovative automation solutions tailored to client needs.

Responsibilities:

Client Engagement:

Support the management and growth of the Pega portfolio, with a focus on strategic development and optimization of Pega portfolio

Collaborate with the Digital Presales team and sales teams to engage clients and gather requirements for Hyper automation solutions.

Conduct thorough requirement analysis to define the scope and feasibility of proposed solutions.

International Sales: Developing and executing strategies to acquire new clients and expand existing partnerships.

Solution Design:

Design and architect comprehensive Hyper automation solutions using RPA (Pega).

Create high-level and detailed solution architectures, ensuring alignment with client needs and industry best practices.

Proposal Development:

Prepare and present detailed proposals, including scope, timelines, cost estimates, and resource requirements.

Develop and deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations to clients and stakeholders.

Cost Estimation and Pricing:

Provide accurate cost estimates for proposed solutions, including licensing, infrastructure, and resource costs.

Develop pricing strategies that are competitive and align with company objectives.

Technical Advisory:

Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing insights and recommendations on Hyper automation strategies and best practices.

Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in Hyper automation.

Collaboration:

Work closely with Presales, project managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of proposed solutions.

Coordinate with multiple teams to ensure alignment and integration of Hyper automation solutions.

Documentation:

Maintain comprehensive documentation of solutions, proposals, and client interactions.

Ensure all documentation is up to date and accessible to relevant stakeholders.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.

Experience: 5 to 8 years of experience in Hyper automation technologies (RPA - Pega) and Presales activities.

Technical Skills:

Strong knowledge of RPA tools (PEGA mandatory, others nice to know - UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism)

Proficiency in designing and implementing automation solutions.

Familiarity with programming languages and frameworks relevant to automation tools.

Presales Skills:

Proven track record in creating proposals, estimates, and technical documentation.

Excellent presentation and communication skills.

Ability to engage with clients and understand their business and technical requirements.

Soft Skills:

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Certifications in relevant Hyper automation tools (e.g. Pega Certified System Architect).
