Pega LSA Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Liaise with client Product Owners/SMEs to gather and clarify functional requirements.
• Design functional solution approaches in collaboration with Solution and Lead System Architects.
• Conduct workflow analysis and business process analysis, identifying current vs. future state and contributing to process redesign.
• Focus on value-driven delivery and motivate teams to meet commitments.
• Liaise across multiple teams (Scrum of Scrums) to resolve dependencies and create implementation roadmaps.
• Participate in Design Sprints and validate functional designs.
• Assist in prioritizing backlogs and ensure adherence to best design practices.
• Create wireframes and visual designs to communicate functional solutions.
• Provide hands-on expertise using the Sigma tool; experience with Pega is an added advantage.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure implementation aligns with functional designs.
