Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Pega Lead System Architect (LSA) to design and deliver enterprise-grade Pega solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining application architecture, ensuring adherence to best practices, and guiding the development team throughout the SDLC.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and architect end-to-end solutions using Pega Platform.
- Lead the technical team in building scalable, secure, and efficient Pega applications.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Define architecture standards, best practices, and reusable components.
- Review and ensure quality of deliverables through code reviews and solution validation.
- Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to developers.
- Work closely with project managers to ensure timely and quality delivery.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 8 years of IT experience with at least 5+ years in Pega.
- Certified Pega Lead System Architect (LSA) Pega Platform certification is mandatory.
- Strong expertise in case management, decisioning, and integration.
- Hands-on experience in designing scalable and complex Pega applications.
- Solid understanding of Pega Guardrails and performance optimization.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Willingness to work from Bangalore or Chennai.
Good to Have:
- Exposure to cloud deployments and DevOps in Pega.
- Knowledge of Pega upgrades, migrations, and modernization.
- Experience in Agile/Scrum delivery models.
