About the Role:

As a Pega Lead System Architect, you will take ownership of Pega workstreams, lead teams through new implementations, and ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions. You'll collaborate closely with clients, manage stakeholder expectations, and bring your deep technical expertise to architect innovative, scalable Pega solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pega development and architecture
• Lead and own delivery across Pega workstreams
• Drive new Pega implementations with your team
• Guide, mentor, and coach Associate and Senior Associate team members
• Manage daily client interactions, including stand-ups, with professionalism
• Ensure adherence to Pega architecture standards and best practices

What We're Looking For:

• 8–10 years of hands-on experience in Pega development and architecture
• Strong domain knowledge in Financial Services, Healthcare, or Life Sciences
• Proven experience leading teams on Pega projects
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• LSA certified with strong technical grounding in Pega architecture and best practices
