Experience
It is expected that the role holder will most likely have the following qualifications and experience:
- 14+ years of experience on requirements gathering and delivery of client deliverables (preferably on Pega)
- Experience in delivery of projects end to end i,e from Requirements gathering to GoLive
- Understanding of Pega guardrails and frameworks for Finance industry would be an added advantage
- Technical Domain experience
- Tools such as Rally, Confluence, AWS, etc
