Certification Preferred: CSSA / CSA

Experience: 4–6 Years

Location: Pune / Trivandrum

What You'll Do

• Build and maintain applications using Pega PRPC 8.x / 24.x
• Design business workflows, case management solutions, and rules
• Work on REST/SOAP integrations
• Handle performance tuning and optimization
• Participate in code reviews and architecture discussions
• Work in Agile/Scrum teams
• Support deployments and QA cycles
• Mentor junior team members and take ownership of assigned modules

What We're Looking For

• CSSA / CSA certification preferred
• Strong hands-on experience in Pega development
• Experience in Pega upgrade projects
• Good understanding of OOP concepts and design patterns
• Exposure to integrations such as REST and SOAP
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams

Good to Have

• Insurance / BFSI domain experience
• Basic knowledge of Core Java
