We are hiring a mid-level Pega Developer (5+ Years) to contribute to end-to-end BPM solution delivery using Pega PRPC. This is an Individual Contributor role reporting to the Lead Architect and Delivery Manager. The role involves working with cross-functional teams to design and deliver business process automation using Pega's low-code platform. You will be responsible for configuring case flows, authoring decision logic, integrating external systems (SOAP/REST), and participating in defect triages and demos.
Requirements;
- Delivered 2+ modules/applications. Independently implemented flows, SLAs, validations, and troubleshooting rules.
- End-to-end ownership expected within assigned module.
- Configured stages, steps, routing, and exception paths in App Studio.
- Does not need to architect full case framework.
- Hands-on with decision tables/trees.
- Should be able to edit, configure, and test rule logic.
- Deep optimization not required.
- Configured connectors in Pega for service consumption.
- Knowledge of request/response mapping, error handling via OOTB tools.
- No custom payload handling expected.
- Should understand Java snippets used in Pega rules; no requirement to code in Java.
- Should trace and debug Java-invoked exceptions.
- Participated in internal demos, walkthroughs, and UAT clarifications.
- Should be able to articulate rule logic and accept feedback from business stakeholders.
