Job Description

  • PEGA with rich experience with multiple design techniques and building PEGA automation flows for STP. having PEGA 8.x & above exposure along with Smart Investigate framework and Payment domain flow automation experience.
  • Working proficiency in Pega toolset to design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and improve software.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies with ability to work in at least one of the common frameworks.
  • Working proficiency in a portion of software engineering disciplines and demonstrates understanding of overall software skills including business analysis, development, testing, deployment, maintenance, and improvement of Software.
  • Good to have Strong understanding of techniques such as Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery, Test Driven Development, application resiliency and security.
  • Proficiency in one or more general purpose programming languages
  • Ability to work in small, collaborative, agile teams to achieve organizational goals
  • Passionate about building an innovative culture
  • Proficiency in one or more modern programming languages
  • Understanding of software skills such as business analysis, development, maintenance, and software improvement
  • Hands-on Pega coding, implementing, and upgrading experience
  • Smart Investigate experience / Pega rules process commander / PRPC
  • Business Process Management
  • Oracle PL/SQL database experience preferred but not required
  • Any wholesale payments would be preferred but not required
