About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Pega SSA Developer with a strong background in Pega integration and application development. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in delivering enterprise-grade Pega solutions, working closely with business and technical teams to meet project goals and improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver and maintain Pega-based solutions, specifically backlog items aligned with business operations.
• Design, develop, and support complex applications using Pega, ensuring adherence to platform best practices.
• Develop unit tests and ensure sufficient code coverage to validate business logic and functionality.
• Collaborate on requirement gathering, user stories, and functional design specifications.
• Identify and solve technical issues, recommending effective solutions.
• Assist in creating logical and physical design specifications.
• Maintain detailed documentation including system designs, issue logs, and best practices.

Mandatory Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum of 6+ years of hands-on Pega software development experience.
• At least 3 years of experience with SQL and generating analytical reports.
• 3+ years of experience with integrating systems via REST, SOAP, File Listener, MQ, and implementing error handling mechanisms.
• Certified Pega System Architect (CSA) with Pega 8 experience.
• Proven experience in specialized areas such as CRM, deployment processes, or relevant industry domain.
• Solid understanding of software architecture and Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) implementation.

Educational Background:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or any relevant specialization.
• Preferred: Master's Degree (M.Tech/MCA/MBA/MS or equivalent).
