We are seeking a highly skilled and certified Pega Developer to join our client's team through Acme Services. This role is crucial for designing, developing, and maintaining robust Business Process Management (BPM) applications within the Pega PRPC environment. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience, with mandatory CSA & CSSA certifications. You will be responsible for solution architecture, designing core application structures, integrating various systems, and ensuring optimal application performance and security.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Needs Assessment: Meet with business managers to comprehensively discuss and understand the company's BPM application needs.
- Pega Application Development: Design and develop cutting-edge Pega BPM applications that align with business requirements and technical specifications.
- Solution Architecture: Perform advanced solution architecture within the Pega PRPC environment, ensuring scalable and efficient designs.
- Core Structure Design: Design robust class structures, application frameworks, and data models to form the foundation of Pega solutions.
- Team Coordination: Coordinate closely with the project team to ensure the business architecture matches the needs of the customer and aligns with overall project goals.
- System Integration: Integrate various systems, including business databases, legacy systems, and web services, to create comprehensive Pega solutions.
- Troubleshooting & Performance: Proactively troubleshoot application issues, coding bugs, and bottlenecks. Conduct rigorous system performance tests to ensure optimal functionality.
- Security Maintenance: Maintain the security of all system applications, adhering to best practices and compliance standards.

Qualifications
