Exp: 6 to 12 years

MUST HAVE SKILLS:
- Hands-on Experience in Pega Marketing platforms 7.x or 8.x
- SQL
- Shell scripting
- Jira & Confluence
- Understanding on Telecom Campaign Management
As a Pega Decisioning Developer, profile will be responsible for developing and implementing solutions using Pega to meet business needs. Profile to work closely with BA, Architects, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions within the Pega Platform.
- Minimum 4+ yrs of Experience in designing and implementing decision strategy framework solutions within Pega platforms
- Experience with business team interaction and developed a solution and implemented it.
- Experience in developing Strategy, Proposition, Offer flow, Data Flow, Treatment, When Rules, adaptive or predictive or score card models, volume constraints, reports in Pega Marketing
- Experience in working across large customer data sets, preferably in large telco.
- Runs simulations of scenarios resulting from suggested changes to the strategy and provides input to the customer strategy group.
- Must have Pega Marketing / Decisioning certifications and Understanding of Campaign Management tools & processes.
- Keeping up with latest changes of Pega.
