We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Pega CDH Developer with 4–8 years of experience in

software development and exposure to Pega Customer Decision Hub (CDH) solutions. This role

requires a deep understanding of next-best-action strategies, low-code/no-code development

practices, and a solid grasp of DevOps methodologies.

Key Accountabilies & Responsibilies

Design, develop, and implement Pega CDH solutions to support customer engagement and

personalized decisioning strategies.

Integrate Pega CDH with upstream and downstream systems using APIs and data flows.

Collaborate with business analysts and senior developers to understand requirements and

translate them into technical solutions.

Participate in DevOps practices including version control, CI/CD, and deployment activities.

Troubleshoot and resolve basic technical issues in Pega applications.

Maintain documentation and contribute to quality assurance and testing efforts.

Engage in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint deliverables.
