Key Responsibilities:

• As part of the Infosys consulting team your primary role would be to get to the heart of customer issues diagnose problem areas design innovative solutions and facilitate deployment resulting in client delight

Technical Requirements:

• PEGA Senior Developer Smart Investigations
• Experience 6 Years
• Certification PEGA Senior System Architect SSA Mandatory
• Domain Banking Financial Services
• Key Responsibilities
• Design develop and configure PEGA applications using Smart Investigate frameworks
• Build and manage end to end case lifecycles flows assignments and validations
• Develop and maintain integrations with external systems using REST SOAP APIs
• Lead and mentor PEGA development teams perform design and code reviews
• Implement and support Smart Investigation for Securities use cases aligned with banking and regulatory processes
• Implement asynchronous processing using PEGA Queue Processors
• Participate in and support SWIFT related banking transaction workflows and investigations
• Collaborate with business analysts architects and QA teams in an Agile Scrum environment
• Support production releases upgrades and continuous improvement initiatives
• Mandatory Skills
• 6 years of experience with PEGA
• Hands on experience with Smart Investigate Smart Disputes Smart Investigation for Securities
• Understanding of banking disputes fraud and investigation processes
• Exposure to Banking systems and SWIFT messaging workflows
• Experience working with REST and SOAP APIs PEGA Queue Processors Services Connectors and asynchronous processing
• Ability to leverage AI features for faster development and quality improvements
