Exp: 6 to 12 years

Mandatory Skills:
- CDH knowledge (Offers, Strategies, Contact Policy etc)
- Pega platform administration experience.
- Onsite customer facing experience, drive results, self motivated and able to perform under pressure, manage offshore team delivery.
- Looking pro-actively for growth of business, constantly looking for process improvements, create and drive improvement road maps.
- Proactively check production issues using various tools and solves them.
- Actively suggests improvements to enhance production performance and mitigate issues.
- Integration specialist, knowledge of creating and maintaining rest api in Pega platform.
- Performance management, debugging and solving production issues on Pega platform.
- Rest and SOAP integrations in pega.
- Strong knowledge of Pega cloud infrastructure, version upgrade process.
- Understanding of PDC, tracer, Pega logs and other tools for production monitoring.
- Understanding of data flows and data management in Pega.
- Good understanding of building blocks of a pega application like Activities, flows, rule resolution.
- Basic understanding of access controls and role management.
- Aware of deployment and testing practices in Pega, has a devops mindset Deployment manager experience is good to have.
- Well versed with use of database tools and basic SQL execution.
- CDH Basic knowledge (Offers, Strategies, Contact Policy etc)
