Job Description

8-12 years of experience in Pega Decisioning.

Proficiency in Pega tools, including Decisioning, Marketing, and Customer Service.

Strong understanding of decisioning concepts, rules, and strategies within the Pega platform. Ability to work on NBA Designer, real-time container management, and interaction history.

Designing, implementing, and maintaining applications within the Pega Customer Decision Hub, focusing on optimizing customer interactions and decision-making processes.

Customizing decision strategies, managing customer intents and integrating various data sources.

Through testing of application to ensure functionality and performance. Involved in debugging and resolving issues that arise during development and deployment.

Pega cloud infrastructure and Upgrade knowledge.

Understanding of PDC, tracer, Pega logs and other tools for production monitoring
