Job Description
Experienced professionals across multiple technology stacks for a critical Production Support Project. These roles focus on ensuring high availability, performance, and stability of production systems while also handling incident resolution, change requests, and system enhancements
Lead PEGA production support activities including major incident resolution and hotfixes
Manage and execute PEGA platform upgrades and patching efforts
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (QA, DevOps, Business) for support and enhancements
Drive RCA (Root Cause Analysis) and implement preventive measures
Mentor developers and enforce best practices in support and development
