Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and Agile best practices
• Manage delivery plans, risks, and dependencies
• Drive continuous improvement using Agile metrics
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree (IT/CS preferred)
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM/SAFe or equivalent)
• Experience supporting Pegasystems deliver
