We are launching India's most ambitious peer-to-peer fundraising movement, mobilizing everyday citizens to raise funds for mental wellness, emotional support, and community healing.

As the Peer-to-Peer Fundraising Manager, you will architect and run CLS India's P2P fundraising engine — recruiting, onboarding, training, empowering, and inspiring thousands of citizen fundraisers each year.

This role is fully focused on P2P — no retail, no tele-calling, no F2F.

Key Responsibilities

P2P Program Ownership

· Build India's largest volunteer-driven P2P fundraising movement

· Design and optimize P2P fundraising funnels

· Develop monthly fundraising challenges and campaigns

Volunteer Acquisition & Activation

· Recruit and onboard 500 monthy / 6,000 fundraisers annually

· Create training modules, handbooks, scripts, and onboarding journeys

· Run webinars, civic-club partnerships, student networks, corporate CSR volunteers, etc.

Training, Engagement & Motivation

· Deliver coaching, recognition, and encouragement systems

· Create incentive models and reward structures

· Manage weekly engagement activities, leaderboards, certificates, badges

Tracking & Performance Optimization

· Monitor conversion, activation, and retention

· Track fundraiser performance and donation pipelines

· Create dashboards, KPIs, and reporting systems

· Work with tech/CRM team to build automation

Collaboration & Partnerships

· Coordinate with marketing for campaign assets & storytelling

· Develop partnerships (colleges, corporates, NGOs, youth communities)

What You Bring

3–6 years in peer-to-peer, community fundraising, volunteer management, or grassroots campaigns

Experience building and engaging large volunteer or ambassador networks

Strong project management + training program design skills

Data-driven mindset (funnels, tracking, CRM)

Passion for mental health & community-based giving

Bonus if you've led youth clubs, community movements, campus ambassador programs, or P2P campaigns.
