Job Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will work with children to enhance their sensory processing, fine and gross motor skills, daily living skills, and overall functional independence through structured therapy sessions and individualised treatment plans.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to identify developmental, sensory, and motor challenges.
• Develop and implement individualised therapy plans based on each child's needs.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including speech therapists, psychologists, and special educators.
• Guide parents and caregivers on home-based intervention strategies.
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports.
• Participate in team meetings, workshops, and awareness programs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy (BOT/MOT) from a recognised institution.
• Registration with the relevant state or national OT council.
• Freshers are welcome; prior pediatric experience is an added advantage.
• Strong communication, empathy, and teamwork skills.
