Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a PEB Sales Associate located in Gorakhpur. The role involves identifying and meeting potential clients, understanding their pre-engineered building needs, and presenting tailored solutions to secure projects. Additionally, the role requires building and maintaining client relationships, preparing and delivering sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Regular market analysis and strategy development to enhance the company's market presence will also form a key part of this role.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and customer service skills to effectively engage and build relationships with clients.
- Proven ability in sales and sales management to identify opportunities, pitch solutions, and close deals successfully.
- Experience in training to effectively educate clients or internal teams on products and services.
- Excellent negotiation, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in understanding PEB industry trends and solutions is advantageous.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Willingness to work on-site in Gorakhpur and travel as needed to meet client requirements.
