Role Overview

We are looking for talented Design Engineers with experience in Structural Design (Steel

or RCC) to join our PEB (Pre-Engineered Buildings) design team. Candidates with strong

design and STAAD backgrounds are welcome to apply — prior PEB experience is preferred

but not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

Perform structural analysis and design of Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEBs) and

Industrial Steel Structures.

Prepare and check design calculations using STAAD Pro and MS Excel.

Understand client specifications, IS codes, AISC/MBMA/IS 800 provisions, and apply

them in design.

Coordinate with detailing teams for preparation of fabrication drawings, GA drawings,

and connection details.

Optimize steel tonnage while ensuring safety, serviceability, and compliance with

standards.

Provide engineering support to proposals, estimation, and project execution teams.

Review vendor drawings and coordinate with project management, sales, and factory

teams.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech / M.E. in Civil / Structural Engineering.

Software Skills: Must: STAAD Pro.

Experience:

o PEB / Steel design engineers with 3–7 years preferred.

o Civil / RCC design engineers with STAAD background are also eligible and will be trained in PEB steel design.

Knowledge:

o IS 800, IS 875, IS 1893, AISC, MBMA.

o Load combinations for wind, seismic, and crane loads.

Key Skills

Strong understanding of structural engineering principles.

Good analytical and problem-solving ability.

Ability to work independently and within a team.

Strong communication and coordination skills.
