PE-Software Engineer (C#)

• Analyze business requirements, design, prototype, and build control systems/software/AI or IoT solutions for automated equipment in industrial plants.
• Handle conceptualization, costing, calculations, electrical designing, part selection, and preparation of engineering BOMs.
• Work with electrical/electronics design tools like E-Plan or Autodesk Eagle.
• Manage projects through their entire lifecycle to ensure delivery within scope, budget, timeline, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with internal teams (mechanical, electrical, software, commercial) and external stakeholders (various MSIL manufacturing and assembly plants) for timely execution and customer satisfaction.
• Identify areas for continuous improvement and drive tactical and strategic enhancements (e.g., integration of new technologies, data generation, energy monitoring) in automatic equipment such as material handling and measurement/test systems.

Competencies / Skills Technical/Functional

• Understanding of technical engineering best practices (e.g., test-driven development, continuous integration).
• Experience in managing web-based and cloud-native projects, preferably within the industrial domain.
• Familiarity with industrial automation or network management technologies.
• Exposure to Edge Computing, AI/ML, IoT, and other emerging technologies.
• Working knowledge of tools and technologies like:
• Power BI, Python, R, .NET, C#, and AWS Cloud environments.
• Ability to clearly communicate technical requirements to suppliers and oversee the development process.
• Strong strategic thinking, execution orientation, and problem-solving skills.
• Quick to learn and adopt new tools, technologies, and platforms.
