With a focus on commercial insurance enrollment you will ensure accuracy and efficiency in billing processes. Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain membership data using Facets to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Collaborate with team members to streamline enrollment processes and improve efficiency.
  • Analyze membership data to identify trends and opportunities for process improvement.
  • Provide support in resolving enrollment and billing discrepancies to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless integration of membership data.
  • Monitor billing processes to ensure timely and accurate invoicing.
  • Assist in developing strategies to enhance enrollment and billing operations.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to address concerns and provide solutions.
