Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective merchandising strategies to maximize product visibility and sales.
- Analyse market trends and consumer behaviour to inform merchandising decisions.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to create promotional displays and product placements.
- Manage inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure product availability.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of merchandising initiatives and make necessary adjustments.
- Conduct regular audits of product displays to ensure compliance with brand standards.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Merchandising,Product development or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in merchandising or a related role, preferably in the retail or consumer goods sector.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and merchandising software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to develop innovative merchandising solutions.
- Knowledge of retail operations and consumer behavior in the Noida/Ghaziabad market.
