Inviting applications for the role of Process developer - Collections, Invoice to Cash
This is a 100% work from office role. Candidate should be comfortable to work in all shifts.
Responsibilities
.Collect the delinquent amount from the customer over the phone or take promises from them on making the payment (Verbal and Written)
.Make collection calls to the customers, emailing/faxing invoices or getting hard copies mailed out to customers as per their requests also Reconcile orders to match customer books, including validating credits or debits and sending them to customer for collection or refund and Follow up on customer/internal disputes, customer questions and working between departments to get a resolution
.Collection of outstanding receivables: Issuing, checking and sending dunning letters/Collection letters,
.Showcase and practice excellent client handling skills to ensure customer satisfaction
.Escalation tracking and resolution for client issues
.Own and hold periodic reviews with clients on Operational performance.
.Inbound & outbound calling
.Provide payment plans basis customer requirement
.Identify negative changes in customer payment behavior and alert management accordingly.
.Recognize the balance required between effective collections and maintaining a positive customer experience.
.Responds promptly to customer needs responds to requests for service and assistance meets commitments.
.Exercises and applies judgment and common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in writing, oral or diagram form.
.Determine and document reasons for overdue payments - obtain payment commitments
.Record information about financial status of customer and status of collection efforts.
.Review disputes for action, assist and follow-up on disputed invoices to resolve Customer queries efficiently.
.Monitor incoming payments and liaise with Shared Services for timely cash applications and account reconciliations.
.Liaise with Key stakeholders such as Sales Team to coordinate efforts in resolving customer issues related to invoicing and/or receivables
.Identify and escalate potential problems related to the financial status of a customer/group to necessary teams
Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum Qualifications
.Commerce Graduate
.Previous experience in a BPO/Call Centre/Shared Services environment (represents and advantage)
.Excellent Communication Skills (verbal and written)
.Ability to work on MS Office with good command over excel
. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong sense
of Customer Service.
. Must be fluent in English both speaking and written
