Inviting applications for the role of Process Developer [Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Publishing, Editorial, and Journal Experience]!
We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Subject Matter Expert (SME) with relevant years of experience in publishing, editorial, and journal management. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the publishing industry, editorial processes, and journal operations. This role requires a proactive individual who can contribute to enhancing our publication standards and drive innovation in content management.
Responsibilities
.Content Development:
oCollaborate with authors and editors to develop high-quality content that meets industry standards.
oEnsure accuracy, clarity, and consistency in all published materials.
.Editorial Management:
oOversee the editorial process from manuscript submission to final publication.
oImplement best practices for peer review and editorial decision-making.
.Journal Operations:
oManage journal workflows, including submission tracking and publication timelines.
oCoordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely issue releases.
.Quality Assurance:
oConduct thorough reviews of manuscripts to ensure compliance with editorial guidelines.
oProvide feedback and guidance to authors for content improvement.
.Industry Research:
oStay updated on industry trends and advancements in publishing technology.
oRecommend innovative solutions to enhance journal visibility and impact.
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
.Minimum of a bachelor's degree in any graduation or degree in related field.
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
.Relevant years of experience in publishing, editorial, or journal management.
.Strong understanding of editorial processes and journal operations.
.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
.Proficiency in content management systems and publishing software.
.Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
