Overview Of The Role

Gamlaa is seeking a highly skilled PCS Operations Manager to oversee manpower management, ensure seamless client operations, and handle escalations efficiently. This role requires a dynamic leader with strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders while ensuring optimal onsite workforce performance.

Roles And Responsibilities

Manpower Management: Supervise and coordinate an onsite workforce of 130-150 crew members through indirect reporting, ensuring high productivity and efficiency.

Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with multiple clients, understanding their operational needs and ensuring service excellence.

Escalation Handling: Proactively address and resolve client concerns, ensuring timely solutions and minimizing operational disruptions.

Operational Excellence: Implement best practices to streamline processes, improve workforce performance, and maintain high service quality.

Communication & Leadership: Leverage soft-spoken yet assertive communication skills to guide teams, collaborate with stakeholders, and foster a positive work environment.

Key Qualifications

Bachelors/Masters degree in Horticulture/Floriculture/Landscaping

6-7 Years Of Experience Required

Proven experience in managing large onsite teams and handling workforce-related challenges.

Strong ability to manage multiple clients while ensuring smooth operational delivery.

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills in high-pressure situations.

Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to handle sensitive discussions effectively.

A proactive leader who takes ownership and ensures continuous improvement in operations.
