  1. PCS/OPA Developer:

Exp- 5 -16 yrs

Location-Pan India(LTM locations)

Notice Period-Immediate joiner-30 days

JD:

For 8+ years of experience in Oracle Process Automation (OPA) and Process Cloud Service (PCS), expect a senior/lead role focused on end-to-end project leadership, complex rule modeling, integration design (OIC/SOA), performance tuning, and mentoring, translating business needs into technical OPA/PCS/VBCS solutions with deep expertise in web services, data handling (XML, JSON), and cloud environments.

Core Responsibilities

OPA (Intelligent Advisor): Lead rule modeling, interview design, debugging, and deployment; translate complex policies/legislation into robust business rules; manage the OPA Hub.

PCS (Process Cloud Service)/OPA: Design, develop, and configure process applications, roles, and components; transition between PCS and OPA artifacts; manage user access (IDCS).

Integrations (OIC/SOA): Develop integrations using SOAP/REST, VBCS, OIC (Gen2/Gen3), and traditional SOA; set up and manage data flow, including migration and cutover plans.

Technical Expertise: Deep dive into web services (SOAP/REST), XML, XQuery, XSLT, JSON; performance tuning; troubleshooting across PCS, OIC, and OPA.

Project Leadership: Gather requirements, lead technical design, provide strategic guidance, mentor junior developers, and manage project lifecycles.

Key Skills & Qualifications

Experience: 8+ years in Oracle Cloud PaaS/SaaS, with significant hands-on experience in OPA, PCS, OIC, VBCS, and often Oracle Fusion.

Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in OPA/PCS/OIC, VBCS, SOA Suite, BIP, OTBI, HDL, Fast Formulas, JavaScript, CSS.

Methodologies: Experience with Agile/Scrum.

Soft Skills: Excellent communication, analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Senior-Level Expectations (8+ Yrs)

Ownership: Take ownership of end-to-end solutions, from concept to deployment and support.

Mentorship: Guide teams and provide technical leadership.

Strategic Input: Offer strategic advice on solution adoption and best practices.

Complexity: Handle complex integrations, rule sets, and performance optimization.
